In order to ensure your convenience, HANOK BBQ always tries to arrange delivery as soon as possible after receiving your order, or deliver according to the time frame you request.

We hope you understand that HANOK BBQ usually only executes orders upon receiving a request to ensure the quality of our fresh products, as we do not stock pre-processed products. The delivery process requires a sufficient amount of time for us to process the products you order

Delivery fee is based on the actual price list of the shipping service provider at the time of order.

Delivery time:

HANOK BBQ accepts delivery orders from 11:00 am – 22:00 pm every day.

Please note: The order will be automatically canceled if the delivery staff cannot contact you at the time of delivery (maximum 3 calls and each call is 5 minutes apart). Because HANOK BBQ products are fresh processed foods, we only make one delivery and will not deliver the order at a later time if the delivery is unsuccessful due to subjective errors determined to be from the customer.
